Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES) is a flagship event jointly hosted by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. GIES aims to promote technological application and innovation as a promising solution to enhance the quality of life of the elderly and people with disabilities in both the community and institutional settings.

Our products Qlicky and Holopad were installed in one of the booths in the exhibition for demonstration. The two products are our latest solutions for a touchless elevator experience, aiming to alleviate the public’s concern about using elevators due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In an elevator installed with Qlicky, passengers can operate it just by scanning QR codes; In an elevator installed with Holopad, lift buttons are projected holographically in the air so passengers can press the buttons without touching any surface.
